Warranty

 

Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

  • Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.
  • Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear of case, glass or strap.
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness or accidents. (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • The watches is tampered with or damaged by other than authorized service facilities.

​Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us. Hush Puppies will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product to you. When returning the product please include the warranty card.
